HEALTH AND BODY CARE

We as whole are careless or ignorant about our health and body.Most of us don't even think and nor have time to spend on health and body care whatsoever the reasons are.It does not take much time or money caring yourself otherwise you have to spare time and spend lot of money to doctors and hospitals beside the loss of health.So think positively and start sparing just only 15minutes in your daily routine for your personal care.
                                   Starting body care majority gave focus to face only,this approach is quite wrong and in this we totally neglect the crucial and major part of our body which has a major role in performing our daily routine work that is our FEET.
                                   Yes the feet are the body organ of ours which keeps us mobilize and also bears our whole body weight and despite all their importance are the most neglected part of our body.So start caring your feet today and you will feel a positive change in your overall health,below are few tips how you can take care of your feet without spending much time and money at all.

Step1.To start the process of renewing your feet,fill a foot bath or a basin with warm water.The best way to do this is to add one cup of milk to every five cups of warm water.Now let your feet soak for ten minutes.

Step2.After you step out of the foot bath,you can use your very own homemade foot scrub to get rid of that dry skin of your feet especially of heels.You can create these by taking half cup of oil and adding four tablespoons of either salt or sugar.Any oil will do the work,though the best to use are baby oil,coconut oil,sweet almond oil or even you can use vegetable oil too.

Step3.Get comfortable,and get scrubbing!Take the foot scrub and massage it in a clockwise motion over the hardened areas of your feet.You can use it on the tops of your feet too,such as over the toe knuckles,if you have thick or calloused skin(an area of hardened skin) there as well.Follow up by scrubbing your feet with a pumice stone(volcanic rocks which were formed when lava cooled quickly above ground)and then rinse your feet.Pat them dry.

Step4.Here's the therapy that will definitely fix up any cracked heels.Prior to slipping under the covers and going to bed,rub any product that has two percent salicylic acid in it over the dry areas of your feet.A product that a lot of professionals recommend is "Stridex" a brand of  Blistex Inc. USA but in pakistan you can find locally manufactured products having above said salicylic acid in it do some search.Coming back to point,Leave the product on your feet,and then apply a thick,generous layer of moisturizer on your feet.Vaseline(petroleum jelly) will do the trick,though using rich moisturizers like Eucerin or cocoa butter will work best.

Step5.Grab a pair of thick,comfortable socks,and slide them over your feet.This will not only keep your toes nice and toasty,but it will prevent the product from damaging your bed sheets,and the warmth your feet will generate in the socks will help your dry skin better absorb the moisturizing product.

Step6.Keep the socks on for at least four hours,though if you can stand wearing socks while you sleep,keep them on all night!

It won't take long for your feet to get back to feeling smooth and moisturized.Follow the steps above every night for one week,and you will see the magic.

I AM SURPRISED THAT WHY I WAS NOT GIVING ATTENTION TO HEALTH TIPS.I ADVISED EVERY ONE SHOULD READ THESE TIPS IF HE WANTS TO TAKE CARE OF HIS HEALTH. THIS A VERY USEFUL CARE WAY FOR OUR FEETS.
